Was there anything in the teaching methods that surprised you?Czech is taught in English, there aren't many classes, but they write a lot of essays (it's a lot of independent work).

Does the university offer international students' programs and activities outside of lectures and seminars to help them integrate more quickly?Yes, I recommend arriving a week before the semester starts (or even earlier), when there is a freshmen orientation week where you can fit in well even as an Erasmus student.

In which areas does the university offer support for students with special needs and strive to be inclusive?Special aids and technologies (e.g., text-to-speech software, hearing aids)
Special examination conditions (e.g., extended time, quiet rooms)

What about unexpected expenses? Did anything surprise you?It's very variable - you can't choose the track you're assigned to. I was paying something like 7,000 for housing, but my friend was paying about 9,000. It's a good idea to write to your dorm to see if bedding is included.

Do you have any tips on how to save money?A good Asian bistro is Wasabi on the main street, a short walk from the school. It's probably the cheapest place to eat (especially if you want a hot meal).

Where to find connections? How to buy a ticket?The connections outside the city are quite expensive, but no mhd card is needed after Oxford - you can walk everywhere.
