Where can information be found about courses taught at the foreign school?:
Informace jsou zveřejněné na webových stránkách, ale nebývají pravdivé. Dobré je se spojit s univerzitou a požádat o výpis kurzů. Jenže ten se může měnit. Není proto jasné jaké kurzy se vyučují. Je možné, že se na začátku semestru některé zavřou a musíte si hledat nové. Původní LA je v tomto případě pouze papír.

Which documents were needed for acceptance at the foreign university?:
Výpis známek, pas, pojištění.

How far ahead did you have to organise your acceptance?:
Po vypasání na MUNI. Se samotnou školou je pak komunikace obtížnější, ale jde to.

Ano, nicméně se měnily.

During your stay did you change your Learning Agreement?:
Ano, často je to nutné.

When and how did course registration take place? Are there any restrictions? Possibilities of making changes?:
Vyučující tlačí na studenty, aby si kurzy vybrali do dvou týdnů od zahájení, ale realitou je, že je možné vše. Stačí napsat mail.

Did you take any examinations at the foreign school?:
Ano. Ústní i písemné. Navíc mají dva testy v průběhu semestru.

Does the school use the ECTS system?:

Describe the teaching methods (theory, practical and projects) and assessment of students:
Mnoho z předmětů mělo hodinu přednášku a hodinu seminář. Tedy dvouhodinové sezení.
Jazyky jsou dvakrát týdně.

Quality of teaching in comparison with home school:
Krom výuky jazyků je kvalita horší.

How did you receive study materials?:
Přímo od vyučujících. Odkazy na Google Drive apod.

Can you recommend an interesting course/subject/teacher?:
Určitě jazyk. Ruština i Gruzínština. Spolužáci si také chválili mytologii.

How well is the school library equipped?:
Ve školní knihovně jsem nikdy nebyl, protože není uzpůsobená studiu. Nelze vstoupit s notebookem či batohem.

Availability of computers, internet access, level of software needed, requirements on notebook:
Určitě nutné mít vlastní notebook. Počítače jsou spíše vzácností. Stejně tak wifi.

Options from printing and copying:
Tisk nejspíš možný, ale za poplatek. Lepší využít tiskárny ve městě. (tzn. muž v malé místnosti s malou tiskárnou)

Does the foreign school/student organisation arrange special events for exchange students?:
yes

If yes then what?:
Seznamovací párty v půlce semestru. Různé sportovní akce, na které se člověk musí zaregistrovat na začátku semestru, ale info dostane až v půlce semestru.

How would you assess your integration with the local students (evaluation like in school from 1 to 5 with 1 as highest):

Integrace proběhla hlavně s ostatními zahraničními studenty. Gruzínci na mé předměty moc nechodili. Vypadalo to jako bychom byli odděleně. A pokud byl nějaký registrován na kurz - nechodil do školy.

Pronajatý byt v centru.

Additional comments to the price of accommodation (as to what the price includes):
Koleje jsou zdarma. My museli do bytu - vlastní důvody. Nicméně nejlepší je asi hledat vlastní bydlení přes AirBnB a zdůraznit, že nejste Rusové.

Describe the equipment. Tips for future students – what should they bring with them?:
Bydlel jsem v bytě tudíž těžko říct. Jedině označení ČR či vlaječku na batoh.

How and how far ahead should accommodation be organised?:
My zařizovali dva měsíce předem. To bylo dobře, protože ceny bydlení letí vzhůru.

What are the catering options?:
Menza na jiné univerzitě v docházkové vzdálenosti nebo restaurace a pouliční občerstvení.

What are the rough costs of groceries (compare with Czech prices):
Stejné jako v ČR. Importované potraviny z EU jsou ale znatelně dražší.

Transport to location of placement:
Jeli jsme autem z ČR. Měli jsme psa. Nejsme příliš dobrý vzorek, protože jsme cestou pracovali. Dlouhá cesta na měsíc - lze samozřejmě za pár dní.

Rough prices for transportation:
Opravdu nevím. Cesta byla cíl.

Tips for purchasing cheap tickets and other recommendations:
Jeli jsme autem. Octavia I rok výroby 2002 a dojela tam i zpět. Pohonné hmoty jsou znatelně levnější.

What are the local transport options (public transport, cycling, on foot, rough prices):
Tbilisi je propleteno autobusy. Jezdí také metro. Ceny jsou příjemné. Jedna jízda cca 1 lari. Jinak mimo Tbilisi maršrutky.

What kind of formalities have to be arranged before arrival, for example residence permit?:
Občané ČR mají bezvízový vstup na rok - domnívám se. My zařizovali povinné pojištění na auto.

What health insurance did you use? (rough price, advantages, disadvantages, is it necessary to arrange insurance at the university other than your home (Czech) insurance?):
Pojišťovna Union. Cena 2700 Kč.
Bylo nejlevnější.

Did you have any experience with medical treatment abroad?:
Pouze veterinární ošetření.

Ano.

Nevím.
