Was there anything in the teaching methods that surprised you?Teaching was not compulsory. At the end of the lesson, there's a knock on the table.

Orientation week, student events, student clubs, activities/trips/events for Erasmus students throughout the semester, about 6 online webinars in total before the start of the semester.

I personally couldn't find accommodation and asked the university for help - the university found me a very nice accommodation near the school.

The ticket is paid for from the tuition fee, which is paid before the start of the semester - the university will then provide instructions on how to arrange the ticket (Deutschlandticket - valid throughout Germany - not valid for long-distance transport, etc.) or help at the start of the semester.
