Prvé týždne sme mali hodiny kde nám predstavili aké kurzy si môžeme zapísať, koľko kreditov potrebujeme za semester a pod. Následne sme si ich mohli zahlásiť v systéme. Počas prvého mesiaca sme si mohli kurz prihlásiť/odhlásiť, potom to už nebolo možné.

Prepočítané poverenou osobou na našom obore.

Describe the teaching methods (theory, practical and projects) and assessment of students:
Prednášky i semináre, predmety boli ukončené seminárnou prácou či prezentáciou. Väčšina bola 1x týždenne, s výnimkou čínštiny.

Quality of teaching in comparison with home school:
Podobná, avšak veľa vecí, ktorým sme sa venovali na zahraničnej univerzite sme brali i na MUNI, takže pre nás to oblo trochu jednoduchšie.

Elektronicky cez systém školy.

Can you recommend an interesting course/subject/teacher?:
Intercultural Competence - Profesorka Mette Thunø

How well is the school library equipped?:
Obstojná

Availability of computers, internet access, level of software needed, requirements on notebook:
Vlastný notebook je nutnosť, VPN takisto. Solídna wifi je dostupná na internátoch a budovách kampusu.

Options from printing and copying:
Na prízemí internátu i v knižnici, s čínskym UI.

Does the foreign school/student organisation arrange special events for exchange students?:

Premietanie filmov, rôzne akcie na zbližovanie čínskych a zahraničných študentov, Chinese Table (stretnutie s profesormi pri večeri)

Internát

Ubytovanie hradené skrz štipendium.

Describe the equipment. Tips for future students – what should they bring with them?:
Na izbe je posteľ, stôl, stolička a skriňa. Izba je malá, ale postačí. Nič špeciálne si netreba nosiť, periny i obliečky si môže človek kúpiť v deň príchodu od školy, iné veci podľa potreby cez internet.

How and how far ahead should accommodation be organised?:
Netreba nič zariaďovať, je automaticky priradené.

What are the catering options?:
Menza v kampuse, dovoz jedla.

What are the rough costs of groceries (compare with Czech prices):
Porovnateľné.

Transport to location of placement:
Letecky, potom nás vyzdvihla škola z letiska. Inak vlakom zo Šanghaja do Hainingu, potom taxíkom do kampusu.

Rough prices for transportation:
20-30 yuanov

Tips for purchasing cheap tickets and other recommendations:
Sledovať ceny s dostatočným predstihom.

What are the local transport options (public transport, cycling, on foot, rough prices):
Z kampusu do mesta je to celkom kus, takže najlepšie buď taxíkom alebo na bicykli. Cena je ok.

What kind of formalities have to be arranged before arrival, for example residence permit?:
Lekárska prehliadka, povolenie k pobytu, čínske tel. čislo i činsky bankový účet. So všetkým pomôže škola.

What health insurance did you use? (rough price, advantages, disadvantages, is it necessary to arrange insurance at the university other than your home (Czech) insurance?):
Cez moju banku v SR.

Našťastie nie.

Na študentské vízum sa pracovať v Číne nesmie.

Názvy niektorých predmetov v Transcript of Records boli iné ako v Learning Agreemnte, čo ale vyriešila hostiteľská škola čestným prehlásením o zhodnosti kurzov.

Okrem celkového obmedzenia štúdia kvôli pandémii ani nie.

Notebook, doklady, možno nejaké klasické slovenské/české dobroty.

What most surprised you at the partner university in a positive way:
Krásne postavený kampus, kúpeľne i toalety boli v dobrom stave.

What most surprised you at the partner university in a negative way:
Byrokracia školy. Kampus je síce krásny, ale študentov tam nie je toľko, aby nevyzeral prázdny. Obchody i reštaurácie boli až v meste (15 minút taxíkom). Okrem posilovne a "study rooms" kde môžu študenti v skupinách študovať či hrať spoločenské hry, tam nie je veľa možností na trávenie voľného času.
