Which documents were needed for acceptance at the foreign university?:
Learning agreement, pass a certifikát potvrzující znalost angličtiny a motivační dopis.

How far ahead did you have to organise your acceptance?:
7 měsíců dopředu. Výběrové řízení se zahajuje v průběhu února a vždy se jedná o studijní pobyt na následující akademický rok.

Ano, budou započítané jako povinně volitelné předměty způsobem D.

Ano, měnil jsem, avšak je limitována začátkem studijního pobytu.

Musíte oznámit zvolené předměty koordinátoru zahraniční školy. Nejsou žádná omezení a lze je měnit v průběhu prvních týdnů

Určitě ano

Describe the teaching methods (theory, practical and projects) and assessment of students:
Semináře a přednášky jsou spojené do jedné vyučovací hodiny. Zaměřeno na získání praktických zkušeností. Zkoušky skoro vždy take home. Dochází často ke zrušení a přehození vylučovacích hodin

Quality of teaching in comparison with home school:
Podprůměrná kvalita výuky. Na Muni je mnohem lepší kvalita výuky.

How did you receive study materials?:
Zpravidla studijní materiály Vám poskytne koordinátor a vyučující. Avšak není podmínkou, že bude zajištěn překlad do angličtiny.

Can you recommend an interesting course/subject/teacher?:
Nejlepší kurz byl Internet law, který v sobě pojednává duševní vlastnictví, závazkové právo, řešení globálních sporů a elektronické kontraktace

How well is the school library equipped?:
Školní knihovna jenom online

Availability of computers, internet access, level of software needed, requirements on notebook:
Přístup na internet je zajištěn. Počítače nejsou dostupné.

Pronajímal jsem si cely obrovský byt

Neobsahuje služby

Describe the equipment. Tips for future students – what should they bring with them?:
Úplně vybaveny. Nic podstatného vézt s sebou není třeba.

How and how far ahead should accommodation be organised?:
Měsíc dopředu a mnohdy se stane, že budete muset si pronajat krátkodobé ubytování, abyste mohli zajistit dlouhodobé ubytování

What are the catering options?:
Hodně vysoce kvalitních a levných restaurací ve městě. Menza není.

What are the rough costs of groceries (compare with Czech prices):
Trochu levnější, avšak 80 procent potravin stojí stejně jako v ČR. V létě jsou levnější zelenina a ovoce.

Transport to location of placement:
Wizzair do Kutaisi anebo Pegasus do Tbilisi s přestupem v Istanbulu

Rough prices for transportation:
50-150 eur, záleží na počtu kufru

Tips for purchasing cheap tickets and other recommendations:
Pokud chcete levnější letenku, budete muset letět do Kutaisi a pak jet autobusem do Tbilisi.

What are the local transport options (public transport, cycling, on foot, rough prices):
MHD a levné taxi

What kind of formalities have to be arranged before arrival, for example residence permit?:
Nic, není potřeba žádné povolení

What health insurance did you use? (rough price, advantages, disadvantages, is it necessary to arrange insurance at the university other than your home (Czech) insurance?):
GPI Georgia, pokud chcete místní pojištění. Cena záleží na rozsahu pojistného plnění. Průměrná cena-400 Kč měsíčně. Anebo můžete si pořídit cestovní pojištění v ČR za 6 tisíc na půl roku

Did you have any experience with medical treatment abroad?:
Probíhá mnohem lépe než v ČR. Mnohem lepší kvalita avšak není 100 procent krytá pojištěním.

Nevím

Tips for free-time activities:
Musíte určitě procestovat celou zemi. Zejména Kazbegi, Svaneti, Batumi, Borjomi a Vardzia

Pokud nemáte rádi restauraci, tak můžete ušetřit hodně peněz

Politická nestabilita a svévole policie. Organizace výuky na univerzitě potřebuje dost seriózního vylepšení.

What would you recommend to take with you:
Peníze a dobrou náladu

What most surprised you at the partner university in a positive way:
Co se týče výuky tak kvalita je velice podprůměrná, jedině bych mohl doporučit Internet law. To byl jediný předmět, který odpovídá všem evropským standardům.

What most surprised you at the partner university in a negative way:
Velice často docházelo ke zrušení výukových hodin a jejich posunutí na sobotu a neděli. Mimo jiné často dochází ke zrušení celých předmětů kvůli nenaplnění kapacity. Chybějící komunikace univerzity se studenty. Jedna vyučující chovala se během výuky velice neprofesionálně, podhodnocovala práci studentů, mohla vyhodit z učebny (mluvím o marketingu).

Pobyt spíše pro účely seznámení s zemi a kulturou než k získání nových dovedností.
