About the opportunity:

The Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (located in Kaunas, Lithuania) is pleased to offer a unique opportunity for health sciences students to participate in the International Summer Scientific Practice 2026. This program provides an engaging platform for students to explore a variety of scientific research topics.

Participation in the scientific practice is free of charge. However, please note that travel, accommodation, and living expenses are not included and must be covered by the trainee.

Students in their third year or higher in health sciences who wish to develop critical, scientific, systemic, and entrepreneurial thinking are invited to register by May 1, 2026.

Requirements:

To apply, please provide the following documents by email to agne.bartuskiene@lsmu.lt

  • Certificate of enrollment in health science studies program at your university (including university name, study program, and current study year - minimum 3rd year); 
  • Transcript showing average grades in modules or subjects at your university; 
  • Letter of Recommendation from your local scientific supervisor; 
  • Curriculum vitae (CV); 
  • The certificate confirming the knowledge of English at minimum B2 level (CEFR) or similar;
  • Motivation letter;
  • Passport or ID card. 

Motivational interviews will only be conducted with selected applicants.
