We also accept a letter (Medium of Instruction) if the degree at Masaryk is fully taught and examined in English. Or a letter stating the level of English according to the CEFR Frameweork. We require B2 level for undergraduate and C1 level for postgraduate.

Academic minimum required:
Minimal required GPA: 2.6
GPA = Grade Point Average, a number from 0.0 to 4.0 (0.0 = fail, 4.0 = excellent)
ECTS usage:
No. 1 Deakin credit point equals 7.5 ECTS. A BA degree will need 24 Deakin credits, which is 180 ECTS. Students coming on exchange to Deakin can either enrol in 3 or 4 credit points, which would be either 22.5 or 30 ECTS respectively.
A minimum course load at MU consists of 20 ECTS credits per semester. This is equivalent to 20 credits at Deakin University. The final decision on the recognition of credits at MU in your Learning Agreement is up to the departmental coordinator at MU.

PG students can take UG units, however, UG students are not eligible to enrol in PG units. Completion of 180 ECTS is necessary to be eligible to enrol into PG units.
