ECTS usage: No. Regarding NTHU credit,one credit will be given for the completion of one hour of class study in one full term (18 weeks), or for the completion or 2 to 3 hours of practical training or experiment courses per week in one full term (18 weeks).
A minimum course load at MU consists of 20 ECTS credits per semester. This is equivalent to 10 credits at National Tsing Hua University. The final decision on the recognition of credits at MU in your Learning Agreement is up to the departmental coordinator at MU.
Further academic details: Whether undergraduate students can take graduate-level courses depends on the approval of the course instructor.
