No. At our university, we do not have a specific conversion rule for how 1 ECTS credit corresponds to our credit system. We would appreciate it if your institution could make the determination on your side.
For your reference, the number of class hours per credit at our university is as follows:
Electives: 100 minutes × 1 class per week × 14 weeks = 2 credits
Japanese Language: 100 minutes × 5 classes per week × 14 weeks = 5 credits
Japanese Writing / Reading: 100 minutes × 1 class per week × 14 weeks = 2 credits
A minimum course load at MU consists of 20 ECTS credits per semester. This is equivalent to 10 credits at Seinan Gakuin University. The final decision on the recognition of credits at MU in your Learning Agreement is up to the departmental coordinator at MU.

Exchange students primarily enroll in courses offered by the International Division.
The International Division offers a wide range of courses focusing on Japan, including Japanese language, culture, history, traditions, business, and politics. All courses, except Japanese language courses, are taught in English.

Exchange students who wish to take Japanese-taught courses offered by the regular undergraduate faculties are required to have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above.
