Can you describe the role you held during your internship?Teaching Czech language, history and geography to children at age of 5-14.

What specific responsibilities and tasks did you do during your internship?Individually preparing classes, organizing events such as Easter meeting or Night with Andersen.

If yes, can you provide a specific example?I used the vocabulary from Czech and French classes! I can describe to my students many linguistic terms thanks to it.

Do you have tips on how to make a great impression on the institution?Here in the association, there is a very small community. I was trying to be nice and friendly from the very beginning and I think that this was the most important thing.

How competitive was the selection process? Did you have to go through an application procedure?I just had a video call. It wasn’t hard, because I think there wasn’t even many other candidates.

Why would you recommend students do an internship?It is life changing! It just gives you the opportunity to restart your life, do things you want to do, live a few months in a totally different place. It also gives you the view into specific field. For me personally, it gave me the very first work experience and I feel motivated to find a job when I’m back in Brno.
