We interacted daily with the top leaders of important organizations, such as writing emails to presidents, ministers and many other important personalities.

Do you have any tips on how to save money during the internship? If you're under 24 (inclusive), you get all public transport in Madrid for €8/month, which is totally awesome! Just make an appointment in advance at a branch of the transport company, e.g. right at the airport (https://webttp.comunidad.madrid/CRTM-ABONOS/cita.aspx) and bring your passport. They will take your photo on the spot and after paying an administrative fee of 4 EUR, they will issue you with a card which you need to top up regularly for 8 EUR/month anywhere in metro stations or even online. The whole process took me less than 10 minutes!
