🎓Hit the books! How do you rate the university experience?
Can you enroll in a course where you can learn the local language?yes

Does the university offer enough courses in English?neutral

Are your credits converted?no

Was there anything in the teaching methods that surprised you?The teaching was very similar to that at MU, i.e. it depended very much on the teacher and his approach. Somewhere there were examples to fill in, somewhere essays to write, somewhere we just listened to lectures and at the end there was a big exam. Ironically, the local students were not very involved in the classes.

Does the university offer international students' programs and activities outside of lectures and seminars to help them integrate more quickly? There is a club that organizes various events, trips, parties, book-club sessions, etc.

In which areas does the university offer support for students with special needs and strive to be inclusive?I haven’t noticed

💸Did you have to rob the bank?
Try to take a guess at what your monthly expenditures were:15000 CZK/month

Did you stay in dorms?no

Do you have any tips on how to find private accommodation? The university has an official page where it shares apartment listings.

What about unexpected expenses? Did anything surprise you?I traveled a lot, so my budget was higher.

Do you have any tips on how to save money?Stay near the university, cook at home, don't travel so much... and bring a warm coat so you don't have to buy it there like I did :) it's not so warm in Pamplona.

🗺 Learn the ropes in a new city
How well did you manage to communicate in English?neutral

How does public transport work in the city?mostly fine

And what about transport outside the city?neutral

Where to find connections? How to buy a ticket? In small tobacconists to buy tickets.

Did you deal with any health issues during your stay?no

🤠Help create the perfect bucket list
What is a must-see in the city? The Citadel and the center where the bulls run on San Fermines.

What are the must-visit trip destinations?Olite, Bilbao, San Sebastian, the Pyrenees... from further afield Madrid, Portugal or the south of Spain.

💅A nugget of wisdom to make the life easier
Did you need to handle a visa?no

How did you get to the place?Plane

Is there anything to watch out for before the trip? The best way is to fly to Bilbao. But I also flew via Madrid and then either Blablacar, bus or (more expensive) train.

Can you pay by card?neutral

What not to forget when packing?Warm clothes. It's quite cold in Pamplona and it doesn't get that warm inside.

🥳Summary
Whew, what a ride! 😮‍💨 Thanks so much for taking the time to complete our survey and for sharing your unique experience. Just one last thing. 🙏 How would you summarize your trip in one or two sentences?Pamplona is a smaller town, but with a great community. My friends from this Erasmus are coming to my wedding in 2 months. ❤️
