Was there anything in the teaching methods that surprised you?The course are taught 3 times a week and often not for the whole semester. Also you you can take a shorter exam if you do your homework and attend classes.

Does the university offer international students' programs and activities outside of lectures and seminars to help them integrate more quickly?There was a orientation day, which was helpful. Also ESN is quite active.

Do you have any tips on how to find private accommodation?There are no dorms, but I found a private accommodation via Facebook group. Many people also stayed in Stanza Semlice (rooms for exchange students).

Do you have any tips on how to save money?Groceries: MD, Lidl;
public transport: ask for student prices.

Where to find connections? How to buy a ticket?When finding connections, use Google maps, because it shows the real delay.
I recommend to get a CTM card, which can be used to buy monthly ticket. You can get is in head CTM office, but you need your codice fiscale and passport photo first. Also monthly ticket ALWAYS STARTS AT THE FIRST OF THE MONTH AND ENDS AT THE LAST OF THE MONTH. It's not based on the day of purchase. You can buy monthly tickets in tabacco stores.

Is there anything to watch out for before the trip?Just take a train from the airport, it's the easiest way to get to city center and it takes 7 minutes.

What not to forget when packing?Sunscreen is more expensive there then in Czechia, so bring more then one bottle.
