🎓Hit the books! How do you rate the university experience?
Does the university offer enough courses in English?it's alright

Are your credits converted?no

Was there anything in the teaching methods that surprised you? Some courses end and others start mid-semester. We didn't know the schedule until a week in advance, so I couldn't plan anything semester-long because I didn't know when I would have new classes. Classes are often taught with Slovenian students, but they find out the same way we did in the first class. If some of the local learners didn't agree to teaching in English, then a new class date would have to be found during the semester for the Erasmus learners.

Does the university offer international students' programs and activities outside of lectures and seminars to help them integrate more quickly?Yes, there is a Welcome Day, a city tour and they have a very active ESN.

In which areas does the university offer support for students with special needs and strive to be inclusive?I haven’t noticed

💸Did you have to rob the bank?

How well did you manage to communicate in English?neutral

How does public transport work in the city?mostly fine

And what about transport outside the city?neutral

Where to find connections? How to buy a ticket?I searched for connections via Google maps and it worked fine.
You have to arrange a card at the transport company and then you can charge it at the bus stop and pay either a monthly ticket or pay for individual rides. But I recommend downloading the BicikeLJ app and using bike share.

Did you deal with any health issues during your stay?yes

How do you rate the availability of healthcare?I've seen better

🤠Help create the perfect bucket list
What is a must-see in the city?Botanical Gardens. 1st Saturday of the month (or some other day) the museums are free. Ljubljana Castle.

What are the must-visit trip destinations?Predjama castle and caves.

Share your best experience:Trip to Predjama Castle and Predjama Cave. You go inside the caves by micro train - I felt like Harry Potter in Gringotts Bank. The caves are huge and beautiful.
