probíhá před začátkem výuky, zápis kurzů v japonštině je podmíněn jazykovou úrovní, změny omezenou dobu možné

Za kurzy týkající se japonského jazyka či Japonska jsem obdržela 3 kredity. Za jiné kurzy tolik kreditů, které za ně udělovala hostitelská škola.

Describe the teaching methods (theory, practical and projects) and assessment of students:
Většinu přednášek jazykových kurzů zabral výklad, občas práce v hodině. Byly zadávány úkoly na doma. Až na Fieldwork, kde jsme na ,,projektu" na libovolné téma pracovali celý semestr, byly v předmětech většinou zadané menší práce, například slovní projev. V anglických předmětech byly občas zadány ,,extra credit assignments", eseje či prezentace. Většina předmětů byla zakončena zkouškou.

přímo na hodině i přes internet

Adam Zollinger má zajímavé kurzy

relativně dobrá

ideální je přivézt si vlastní notebook, je i možnost zapůjčení

V bytě je kromě základního vybavení i rýžovar, vysavač, elektrická konvice a mikrovlnka. Nádobí apod. si student musí nakoupit sám. Je možnost, že nějaké vybavení po sobě zanechá předchozí student.

školní jídelna, samoobsluha, restaurace v okolí školy

Japonské zdravotní pojištění (povinnost zařídit), na univerzitě také nutnost zaplatit pojištění (pod 10000 jenů)
