Was there anything in the teaching methods that surprised you?Home students do not need to be physically present in the classroom, the lessons work seamlessly in an online manner. They only have to physically attend 2 times per semester for the so-called LOTA week or for some exams. The emphasis in the class is on presenting group work in front of other students.

Where to find connections? How to buy a ticket?Free buses run around Akureyri. Outside the city, the best place to look is www.straeto.is. However, everything in Iceland is weather-dependent, so sometimes a bus may not run and be cancelled.
