Can you give an example?My example is quite specific because it was a double degree, so all the courses were Ačková.

Was there anything in the teaching methods that surprised you?A class of nine students - the teacher knows your name after the first seminar.
French grading 0-20 points (10 = "just barely"). You have to write everything down, or the points go down.
Block teaching: 3 hours of clean time without a break - the saving grace is a thermos of coffee.


Does the university offer international students' programs and activities outside of lectures and seminars to help them integrate more quickly?ESN Rennes - trips to the ocean, Breton "Fest-Noz" evenings.
Chat'n'Beer every Monday at O'Connell's Irish Pub - international networking with a glass of cider.
Breton Buddy - a local student will teach you how to order a galette and pronounce "Kouign-amann" correctly.

Marché des Lices - Saturday market (the second largest in France).


What are the must-visit trip destinations?Saint-Malo & Mont-Saint-Michel - in one day: morning train to the pirate port, afternoon bus to the pilgrimage island.The tide reveals how fast the water can rise.
