Všetky informácie sú dostupné na webe, avšak niekedy nie je do posledných dní pred trimestrom isté, či sa ten ktorý kurz otvorí.

Which documents were needed for acceptance at the foreign university?:
Mimo dokumentácie MUNI je to jazykový certifikát na úrovni C1.

How far ahead did you have to organise your acceptance?:
S celým procesom vyplnenia prihlášky v ISOIS to zabralo 6 mesiacov, ale samotné prijatie na Griffith University sa riešilo tak mesiac/mesiac a pol.

Sú určité obmedzenia, ktoré sa však týkajú poplatkov za kurzy, čo sa na mňa nevzťahovalo a teda ani neviem, ako to prebieha

Nie, všetky predmety boli ukončené priemerom priebežných úloh

Na webe mali uvedené, že 10 ich kreditov (pre všetky kurzy rovnaké) sa rovná 7.5 ECTS

Describe the teaching methods (theory, practical and projects) and assessment of students:
Mobilita prebiehala online kvôli pretrvávajúcej zero covid policy. V Austrálii boli predmety vyučované rôzne - mali prezenčné verzie, online verzie i hybridné verzie. Zväčša pri každom predmete existovala aj online možnosť. Predmety sa skladali z prednášok (45 min) a workshopov (90 min), pričom ani jedno nebolo povinné. Všetko sa nahrávalo a bolo možné sa ku tomu kedykoľvek vrátiť. Niektoré predmety mali iba nahraté prezentácie a spočívali v samoštúdiu.

Výučba prebieha hlavne diskusiou a venuje sa do veľkej miery aktuálnej situácii. Na zadanú literatúru sa podobne ako na teóriu a metodológiu nekladie veľký dôraz. Na predmetoch sa skúmajú predovšetkým prípadové štúdie a ich kontext. Bolo to podľa mňa super, lebo to zároveň prepojilo poznanie s praxou.

Individuálna a skupinová práca závisela predmet od predmetu. Dá sa to prirovnať ku bežnému štúdiu na FSS.

Quality of teaching in comparison with home school:
Myslím si, že austrálsky systém omnoho viac dáva dôraz na argumentáciu a kritické myslenie. Teória či metodológia sa tam rieši minimálne, nevyžaduje sa v seminárnych prácach. Zároveň je to podľa mňa i kritický bod, lebo potom je ťažké sa vo všetkom, čo počas prednášky/workshopu odznie nejak zorientovať a vyvodiť z toho nejaký názor.

Porovnateľne horšie ako na MUNI však bola absencia spätnej väzby. Bežne sa stávalo, že vyučujúci strhol 5 bodov z odovzdanej práce a okomentoval ju iba slovami "je to vynikajúce, bezchybné, kvalitná argumentácia". Študent sa tak potom môže cítiť stratený, lebo nevie, kam napredovať.

How did you receive study materials?:
Všetko bolo nahraté v systéme vyučujúcim, prípadne sa dalo dohľadať cez školskú knižnicu, ktorá s online zdrojmi funguje obdobne ako naša.

Can you recommend an interesting course/subject/teacher?:
Všetky mali niečo do seba, neviem vybrať konkrétne.

n/a. Ale online knižnica (online zdroje) funguje obdobne ako naša.

n/a. Využívala som vlastný notebook.

Existovalo veľa možností cez medzikultúrne večery, športové udalosti, atp. Všetko online.

Neprejavila som záujem integrovať sa, keďže výučba prebiehala online a radšej som vo voľnom čase chcela tráviť čas s ľuďmi mimo počítača.

Snáď ta absencia kvalitných feedbackov na práce. Občas tiež nejaké usmerňovanie v debatách, ktoré na prednáškach prebiehali, aby z nich vzišiel nejaký záver.
