Was there anything in the teaching methods that surprised you?Classes were more like our high school. This means there were three classes per week for each subject.

What about unexpected expenses? Did anything surprise you?No, it is expensive but you know about everything beforehand.

Do you have any tips on how to save money?Almost everything necessary is provided by the school campus. Use it.

Where to find connections? How to buy a ticket?There was no public transport. I only took train from New York to Huntingdon, which was like 60 USD and you can buy it on Amtrak website.

What is a must-see in the city?In Huntingdon, there is a nice cinema and beer brewery; generally, it is quite a nice town just to walk around.

What are the must-visit trip destinations?Definitely New York. If you go for the autumn semester, come a few days earlier; if you go for the spring one, stay a few days more. (So you are not there in winter, New York winter can get cold)

What is needed?Passport, invitation letter from Juniata, DS-2019 - there is a lot of paper work, Juniata will help you with it.

How long does it take approximately?One to two months, I suggest dealing with the paperwork few months in advance.
