Did you need to handle a visa?yes

Where can it be arranged?Behind the Mepass Mall is the Orca building, and at the back is the BiH Institution for Foreigners.

What is needed?Everything can be arranged in the city, but you need to bring a criminal record and a certificate of foreign insurance, all original with color! stamp, then the documents still need to be translated, for example in Sarajevo.

How long does it take approximately?Longer, if you plan to stay longer than 90 days do it as soon as possible and you will have peace of mind.

Is there anything to watch out for before the trip?The airport is a bit further away from the city, if you go by bus ask for a passport stamp at the border, as soon as you arrive go to the foreigners department in the city (same as for visas), they will give you a white card (you need a photo of your accommodation provider's document for this). If you do it later, you will pay a small fine.
