Was there anything in the teaching methods that surprised you?I had a tremendous amount of free time, usually took only one or two classes at a time, and brought back a lot of credits.

What about unexpected expenses? Did anything surprise you?Norway was surprisingly cheap, I often got things for free, and overall the country doesn't demand a very expensive lifestyle. The only thing that cost more money was traveling, but even that was reimbursed a few times by one student association.

Do you have any tips on how to save money?I definitely recommend considering student societies, SAIH often has free pizza and other snacks and they also reimbursed me for some trips around Norway:)
