How well did you manage to communicate in a foreign language?almost no difficulties

Do you have tips on how to make a great impression on the institution?Versatility, communication, determination, honesty. I would say that one does not need to have any special skills, rather one must not be afraid of challenges and handle stressful situations well.

How competitive was the selection process? Did you have to go through an application procedure?Yes. I wrote a cover letter.

Why would you recommend students do an internship?I think this is the most intensive practice that MU can offer us. Apart from classical teaching, at Czech schools abroad you also become part of the management. Of course, I would recommend it also to get to know other countries, cultures, so that students have a better overview.

💰And how to fund it?
What were your average monthly expenses during the internship?20000 CZK/month

Did the institution provide accommodation?no

If not, how did you find it?Via Uniplaces.

Did you have any unexpected expenses during the internship?yes

If yes, what were they?Public transport during the first month. In Lisbon, public transport is free for students under 23, but you need to get a NIF - I waited about a month for that.

Do you have any tips on how to save money during the internship?Make an appointment at NIF in advance :). Stay in a room for two.
