Was there anything in the teaching methods that surprised you?Only one examination date is assigned to each subject in the examination period. This should also be kept in mind when selecting subjects, as it may happen that two exams are given on the same day.

Does the university offer international students' programs and activities outside of lectures and seminars to help them integrate more quickly?There is an ESN organization that offers a lot of activities (cultural, sports, dating). The university itself also attracted activities, but they were few and far between and for a small group of people.

How does public transport work in the city?mostly fine

And what about transport outside the city?mostly fine

Where to find connections? How to buy a ticket?Consorcio card (on credit, valid on the metro and on all buses), EMT card (monthly, 13 euros, valid only on EMT buses), otherwise you can pay with your card at the driver or at a machine by the metro. Connections can be found on the EMT and Consorcio apps, but the best are the classic Google maps.
