Prostredníctvom emailu.

Životopis, motivačný list a potvrdenie o návšteve školy, všetko v nemeckom jazyku. Potvrdenie o návšteve školy môže byť v angličtine.

What is necessary to arrange immediately on arrival? What requirements and at which offices?:
Dohodnúť sa so sekretárkou, ohľadom kľúčov, oblečenia a ubytovania.

Describe your work/activity in the foreign organisation. Describe what specifically you did, whether the work corresponded to the agreed conditions and your field of study, and whether your work was independent and responsible, approximate working hours.:
Pracoval som od 7 hodiny rána. Moja stáž začínala rannou vizitou, následne som robil odbery krvi, zavádzal kanyly, príjmy. Zúčastnil som sa rôznych výkonov/vyšetrení ako napr. Echo (transthorakálne ale aj transesofageálne), bronchoskopia, koronarografia, zavádzanie kardiostimulátora, TAVI a mnoho ďalších. Moja práca bola pri príjmoch a odberoch samostatná, samozrejme, že doktor ma po príjme skontroloval. Pri ostatných činnostiach som bol zväčša pod dohľadom doktora.

Where did you live?:
V ubytovni pri nemocnici, ktorá bola avšak vedľa budovy inej nemocnice ako tej, v ktorej som pracoval.

Who arranged your accommodation and how far ahead:
Nemocnica, hneď keď som si dohodoval stáž, tak mi dali kontakt na pani, ktorá ma na starosti ubytovanie.

Equipment, internet connection, what to bring:
Základné vybavenie - posteľ, stolík, skrine, umývadlo na izbe. WC a sprchy boli spoločné. Kuchynka tiež.

What are the rough costs of groceries (compare with Czech prices):
Záleží od typu potraviny, dá sa nájsť aj potravina porovnateľná s cenami v ČR, ale väčšinou boli o niečo drahšie.

Transport to location of placement:
Vlastná, lietadlom z Viedne za necelú hodinu.

Approximate price:
Samotná letenka bez batožiny 40 eur, s batožinou približne 100.

Tips for purchasing cheap tickets and other recommendations:
Skúsiť pohľadať letiská v okoli - Bratislava, Viedeň, Praha ...

What are the local transport options (public transport, cycling, on foot, rough prices):
MHD, mesačný lístok ma vyšiel cca 50 eur.

How did you use health insurance? What type?:
Európska kartička poistenca, poistenie od nemocnice, školy, plus poistenie cestovné ku karte.

Did you have other insurance? Which?:
Uvedené vyššie.

Experience with insured events:
Našťastie žiadne.

Tips for recreation:
Samotný Stuttgart je pekný, ale fajn je pozrieť si aj okolité mestá, ako napr. Strassbourg, Heidelberg, Frankfurt nad Mohanom.
