Some information are on the university's website, but the most reliable source would be writing an email to international studies office and asking the university directly about the courses they're providing.

the first day of arrival, the schedule and the courses are set, not to be changed

yes - midterm exams and final exams

The responsible person from my faculty recaltulated the credits.

Describe the teaching methods (theory, practical and projects) and assessment of students:
Standard language classes in class environment. During the course of the language courses, the student were asked to do homework and exercises related to the classes. Midterm and final exam held the most weight in the assessment.

Quality of teaching in comparison with home school:
The quality was good, there's no way to compare since I attended a language courses in the native country.

How did you receive study materials?:
We needed to buy a textbooks.

Can you recommend an interesting course/subject/teacher?:
All were useful.

How well is the school library equipped?:
It's decent.

Availability of computers, internet access, level of software needed, requirements on notebook:
The classrooms were all equiped with computer and projector, but students mostly weren't required to use computer, with the exception of making occasion power point presentation for class.

Options from printing and copying:
Accesible university copy centres.

Does the foreign school/student organisation arrange special events for exchange students?:
yes

If yes then what?:
The university organized a optional trip to famous scenic a cultural spots in the country.

Dormitory fee was covered by the scholarship.

The rooms had all the basic equipment and furniture. Most of the thing that are needed can be bought in nearby shops.

How and how far ahead should accommodation be organised?:
The host university sends email notices when it's time to get everything arranged.

What are the catering options?:
There is many school cantines on the campus. Also many restaurants with decent prices.

What are the rough costs of groceries (compare with Czech prices):
The same or slightly cheaper, depending on the produce.

ISIC travel insurance, but I arranging insurance at the host university is also an option

we were required to pay for our electricity in the dormitories, but apparantely it's a custom
