Was there anything in the teaching methods that surprised you?I was surprised that my major (Computer Science BA) that I chose at the admissions institution did not have courses in English.
However, what I must highlight is that in one subject I was given an exam assignment in English after consulting with the teacher. In the other subject I was again allowed to write the answers in English.


Does the university offer international students' programs and activities outside of lectures and seminars to help them integrate more quickly?Yes, there were some introductory meetings. There were also for student events, but I wasn't at those.

In which areas does the university offer support for students with special needs and strive to be inclusive?I haven’t noticed

Did you stay in dorms?no

Do you have any tips on how to find private accommodation?We received tips from the university on where to look for websites. I went to the apartment with one friend and some other friends. It is easier to search and negotiate in several.

What about unexpected expenses? Did anything surprise you?Yes I stayed some time in the hospital (more on that later though) so for that stay I paid. It was about 10 € per day.

Where to find connections? How to buy a ticket?I checked the connections via Google maps. There was no need to buy tickets. They were included in the Semesterticket.
