What is a must-see in the city?Shenzhen Bay, Shekou, Wutong mountain, botanical garden, Futian,... Shenzhen is famous for its malls, so you can see 5 different malls in one day. :D It's a city that has a lot of nature around it, so it's also great for leisurely hikes and treks (unless it's 35 degrees outside).

What are the must-visit trip destinations?Beijing, Guilin, HongKong

Share your best experience:I enjoy my time here a lot with my colleagues :) they are like a second family to me and we often go on trips or go out for dinner together.

Did you need to handle a visa?yes

Where can it be arranged?Chinese Visa Centre in Prague

What is needed?Fill out the online application form, Invitation letter from the institution, passport photo, come in person.

How long does it take approximately?One week, it is recommended to apply for the visa one month before the planned departure.

How did you get to the place?Plane

Is there anything to watch out for before the trip?In China they have different sockets so you need an adapter (I completely forgot about this before I left).
Install apps like WeChat and Alipay before you go (used for payments or public transport ticket).
VPN if you want to stay in touch with your family :D (I had subscribed to surfshark and mullvad before I left, both stopped working after a month. Locals recommended SakuraCat (http://Sakuracat.world) - works fast and absolutely no problems).
